My suggestions are: 1. Create a custom field called "Mailing Status" for bad address, deceased, no direct mail, etc. or Use the "Donor Type" field on the Data Entry screen to store this information (add the value "bad address" to that field). 2. You can use the Alternate Contact Info area on the Bio screen to capture a seasonal address and add whatever you need to identify the dates used in the notes field. You can use the find function to create two mailing lists, one to exclude those records that have seasonal addresses from your mailing export (mailing list one) and a second list of just those folks with the appropriate seasonal addresses (mailing list two). I am assuming you can then choose to export the seasonal address field as one of your merge fields, but I have not tried this. I hope this helps.
