In the Individual Giving History Report layout, where does the
information come from in the "Major Donor? yes no" box? Is it calculated
from the person's contribution history? Is it based on another field, or
maybe to be entered into the report? I'm not sure if everybody has this,
or if it's a customization to our copy...
