Ebase doesn't have a scheduler per se, but you can track volunteer hours as Actions.  
Seems to me that if you just put in an extra checkbox field (e.g. scheduled/worked) 
that you could use that for scheduling without TOO much of a stretch.  Would take a 
bit of reworking to make sure aggregate reports didn't take hours scheduled as hours 
worked, etc.
