Notoriously difficult to find: http://www.filemaker.com/company/donations.html The donations program allows you to request one licensed version of FileMaker for every licensed version you've purchased already. So you need to buy one to get one free. And you can request only a free copy/license of the same product you buy. So, you cannot buy a regular user version of FileMaker and get a copy of FileMaker Server donated. At least this is how I understand it. I also have heard that it has been more difficult to get donations than it used to be. Anyway, many have benefited and it's worth the application. If you want to look at the product first, FileMaker does have trial versions of both the user FileMaker and FileMaker Server to download and use for 30 days.
