You need to first determine the names of the fields and where those fields 
"live".  To do that, get into layout mode on your desired layout.  Then, 
double-click the field.  You'll see a "Specify Field" dialog box 
appear.  This box shows the name of the field *and* the name of the 
relationship (usually the same as the name of the file, minus the "_.10x" - 
eg. "Summary" or "Profile").  Once you know this info, you need to navigate 
to the correct file (if it's not the current file) using the "Window" 
pull-down, then look at the field definition for the specific field.
