- Header - Prints once at the top of each page in your output.
- Body - Prints once for each record in your found set.
- Footer - Prints once at the bottom of each page in your output.
SInce you no longer have a "body" part, my guess is that the text block that contains your letter text is in the "header" part of the layout. It prints once at the beginning of your print job. Then, because you have no "body" part, nothing else needs to print no matter how many records are in your found set, so the print job is done.
Try changing your "header" part to a "body" part. You may still have to tweak things a bit, but this will get you back on track.
I'm trying to do the usual monthly renewal letters. First I had two copies of each letter being printed. I went back to the layout and deleted "body". That got rid of the double printing but now it won't print beyond the first letter even though I have 53 in the found set. I have tried everything I can think of. Can anyone help me out?
