1) From the HOME screen, hit the "Contacts" tab at the top of the
screen. This should put you onto the "Contact History" screen.
2) Hit the "Find" button to put yourself into Find Mode.
3) Hit the TAB key until your cursor is in the "Source Code" field - it is
crucial that you tab into the field, since there is an invisible button
covering the field and you cannot use the mouse to access the field.
4) Enter the source code that you wish to search for, then hit the "Find"
button on the left side (status area) of the screen to trigger the search.
Your found set now contains everyone to whom you sent this particular
renewal letter. Close, but not exactly what we want. Now...
5) Hit the "Query" button at the top-right of the "Contact History"
screen. You'll get a message asking if you want to create a new query,
modify an existing query or keep the current found set. Answer that you'd
like to *modify* the existing query.
6) You will now be in Find Mode on Query Screen 1 of 3. Hit the button on
the right that reads "#2 Donor".
7) Once you're on Query Screen 2 of 3 (Donor Selection Criteria), hit the
button on the right that reads "Add New Request".
8) Enter the source code into the appropriate field, click the "Omit"
checkbox on the left side (status area) of the screen, and hit the
"Continue" button just below it.
You should now have just the folks you're looking for - those that were
sent the renewal but have not sent you a payment in response to that
renewal notice.
