Yes addresses, no phones. There is a country field in the address and it will appear on labels. Phone numbers are problematic. See the archives of this list for the details.

We are bringing in a database which has separate fields for international addresses and phones.  Apparently these need to be formatted somewhat differently for mailings, etc.  We have brought most of our international data into the regular address fields, and also have also used a couple User Defined Fields, but we were wondering if ebase has any function to handle this dilemma.
