Thanks! I had tried ESC but had forgotten that open-apple-period would also work. However, now I'm in some odd layout. It says in a box at the top, "This layout will never be seen by the user but is needed for the "640-Update Household Names List" script (and others). DO NOT DELETE IT!!!) The box over the rolodex says, "Replace Fields." I need to get from here back to doing the loose duplicate check, and need to prevent that from happening when reviewing the dupes with other householded records. Any advice?
