You import the correct field(s) just like you did with the address info—and at the same time. Your salutation (names after the “Dear”) should be a Salutation field because that’s where you’ve changed Charles to Chuck or Thomas to Tom, etc. Perhaps you should check your name info above the address too and make sure it also reads all the people you need (field names like Nameline or NamelineLabel or Household).--

Thanks to all who answered my previous request for help in doing a mail merge. Now I have another question. My form letter currently reads
Dear (Name 1)
How can I make it include both names so that it reads
Dear (Name 1) and (Name 2)?
I am quite new to ebase so still struggling a little, but the program is really terific - the more I learn the more I appreciate it - thanks to all involved
