Thanks!  However, in the past the email addresses did not remain hidden when
email was sent.  We use Outlook, does that make a difference?

That is what ebase normally does. It fills in whatever you configure as the
to field, usually your information contact email account, and all the
recipients in the bcc field. Most mailers require something in the To field
so it is best to give one which they all know or will do no harm in
releasing publically.
