Title: Re: [support] queries
I'm getting ready to do a big mailing and need to look up folks in our database that have a full address.  Many only have partial.  How do I do a query to find only addresses that have all fields?  How do I do it for international as well?  I've read through the handbook, and it is pretty loose guidleines for something like this.  We use filemaker 5.0 if that makes a difference.

The general wild card character is *. In FIND mode, it means "anything at all in this field". So to search for addresses with data in all fields (presumably address/delivery, city, state, and zip) put an asterisk in all those fields. This is in addition to any other search criteria you have, such as contact flags or the like.
