Not so far as I know. Anyone else? >2. I needed to look up everyone who had been added to ebase after a >certain date. While looking at the results, I realized that a large list >that had been imported after that date was not appearing. I checked the >"view file synchronization data" from the admin 2 layout, but none of >these records had an added date, only a modified date. Is there any way >to correct this, or something I should do in the future when importing >excel files? The field Add Date is defined to Auto-Enter the date the record is created, but this doesn't happen if you import records. It's also set to prevent modification of the data, so you can't add the date (with a Replace, for example) after you import the records unless you change the field definition. To insure you get data into the Add Date field, you should add this field to the Excel sheet you import, like you would for Record Type and Origin. -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
