Am I missing something in your question? A fax is sent to a phone 
number. You can't really control what happens to it after that, 
except to include a name on the cover sheet and hope someone at the 
other end drops it on the right desk. Do you have the addressee's 
name in your database so you can include it on the cover sheet?
