Re: Salutations My method is to run form letters in two separate batches: First do a search for all entries with a single name and enter <First name1> in the merge field. This takes care of single members. Second, do a search for all entries with more than one name and enter <First name1> and <First name2> in the merge field. If anyone has found a way to cope with both cases simultaneously, that would be even easier. Hope this helps Vivienne
