Did you install ebase on this machine, or copy the file set from 
another location? These system resource files are placed at install, 
and won't be present if you just copy the ebase file set from 
somewhere else.

But then, I'm a Mac user, what do I know from Window? Any Windows 
gurus have any more detail to add?
