Hi William, When I tried to install V1.03 on an old laptop, I found that a DDL file (not the same one as yours) was missing. It turned out to be a core Windows System file which had been updated in later versions of Windows, not a part of ebase at all. I was able to find the same named file on a newer computer and copy the file across. Windows needed to be closed to install it, so I had to do it using DOS. I renamed the old file to a temporary name, then copied the new file name in, and it solved all my problems!
Hope this helps.
