Not sure what the problem is. At the payment entry or view payments screen, in find mode, enter a range of dates, e.g., 1.1.2001...11.1.2001, in the Post Date field and hit the enter key. That gives you a list of payments within that period. Of course, a single person might be responsible for several payments. To get the list of people responsible for those payments, go to the payment entry screen and hit the Transfer to Names button. That will jump you to the names file with the set of people related to the payments in your list. If that doesn't do what you're expecting, describe in great detail what you do, what you get, and how that's different from what you expect. >Finally, when I think I have a list by using the payment report option in >reports -- I can only print it, I can't export the data to be imported into >a newsletter list. If you are using FileMaker, you can export directly from any file by selecting the menu item File>Export Records. -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
