We use ebase to send out emails of monthly newsletters, volunteer requests, action alerts, etc. There are often quite a few recipients, and I have had problems with emails getting bounced back to me b/c many people's email accounts don't accept "bulk" mail (esp. folks with aol accounts). These are people who have specifically signed up for these alerts, so I know they want to receive them, the messages just can't get through. What I have been doing is, after I paste the emails into bcc in Eudora, I separate them out into smaller batches by hand, repasting the subject line and text into several emails. Is there an easier way to do this? Can ebase be programmed to automatically separate the emails into small batches similar to the way it does when sending faxes (through faxaway)?
