I'm having trouble figuring out what's happening based on what you have said. Perhaps some additional information would help. Sorry if some of these questions seem pedantic, but I've got to ask... How do you confirm that the download was successful? I presume that the progress bar completes, and you get a file of reasonable size (several meg)? What OS are you using? Are you downloading the correct version(an .exe file for Windows, and a Stuffit archive for the Mac)? What kind of Wizard are you expecting?
