I have no clue what you are talking about. If I change your word "file" to
"record" it makes a little sense. But even then you have to tell much more
about exactly what you did when you think you entered new records and what
you did to find them. On the rolodex pull the slider all the way to the
bottom. Those will be the most recently entered records. If they are there,
then your find is wrong. If not then you did something else wrong. One
common mistake is entering data on a Find screen and ignoring the error
about not found and continuing to add more records.
