Several possibilities. It would help to know what's happening when you get to the Actions screen and how you got there. - how did you get to the Actions screen? Button on the home screen or elsewhere? - check the mode popup in the lower left of the screen. Does it show Browse? - check the gray tools area on the left of the screen. Does it show the "rolodex" and the number of records? Does it have a Continue button? Does it have a Find button? - how do you get away from the Actions screen? Enter key? Something else? The most likely solution is that the script that is called by the Actions button on the home screen has gotten changed (read that "someone changed it") so you go to the actions screen and are paused in the middle of a script. The only thing FileMaker will pay attention to with a script paused is the script. Hit the enter key or the Continue button and the script will move on to the next step.
