[support] Grants module for ebase 1.02

Title: Grants module for ebase 1.02

I am having trouble making the grants module for ebase 1.02 to work on ebase 1.03
The instructions no not specifically fit 1.03

Is it just me or is this module grants_.fp3 from NFPAdvisor.org only for 1.02??

Just curious before I try to make it work again. Any hints?
