Hello, We are in the process of changing over to ebase from an old Works spreadsheet program plus multi bit and pieces of paper. In playing around with ebase (with FMPRO 5.5) in preparation for the change over, a couple of questions have arisen: 1) is it possible to (and if so how) generate a report of all levels of gift giving for a given period. Also from what screen does one enter to extract this and various other "accounting" types of reports?
2) As I understand the privileged access component, this allows three or four levels of working with the data. Is there a function where by organization volunteers who are working with the data base may be restricted from "viewing" certain fields, e.g., donation/contribution amounts? Could that or similar fields be restricted from viewing through the password?? Obviously, I'm in the very beginning stages of this, so any help offered is most appreciated.
