Judging from the questions asked on this group, there are alot of beginning computer users that are using ebase. After they get their first rounds of questions answered, they seem to disappear for a while and then reappear when they start into some new part of ebase. I take this as a good measure of success. Most likely we only hear rarely from a hopefully larger group that just does it.
