Colin, After you are in Layout Mode, drag fields from the tool column on the left or add them from the Insert Menu. Select the fields, drag them where you want them. Select them all one by one after holding down the shift key, then choose Rotate from the Arrange menu. Experiment with your printer and page setup to get what you want. This represents just a few first attempts on my own and, like you, I could use an authoritative touch from somebody who really understands this.
