I know that this should be relatively straight forward but... I'm using ebase 1.03 on two pentiums running win98 and tcp/ip. with one PC hosting the multi-user ebase, i cannot get the other to recognize any ebase file to "open" using the host option.
when you select the host function, the PC searchs but nothing pops up to "open". i even tried to put the ip address as indicated in the Networking function of my control panel. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance, craig ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
