You have not explained enough about what you want to do to guess at what to
tell you to do.

In ebase you open ebase.10x and it opens all the related files. So you are
not dealing with a file but a set of files.

What you are calling lists doesn't sound like what ebase calls lists which
are things like value lists, etc. All the contacts, people, whatever are in
the names.10x file which is what you are looking at just after you finish
opening ebase.

In ebase you do queries or finds to select a bunch of interesting records
based on some criteria. The result of this is a "found set". You can then do
other operations on found sets, like print or export them.
