I'm not at all clear what's happening here, but it appears that FileMaker is confused also (version ?.??), so I don't feel so bad. >I've tried opening a clean 102 and 103 file and import records from the bad >file with no luck. I'm stumped. Does anyone have suggestions before I start >hunting down an older version of Filemaker and/or have the user export >their records into another format? I would try first to run the FileMaker recover procedure and see if that gives you access to the data. It won't necessarily fix all the problems with the file, but you're abandoning that file set anyway, I gather. -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
