The signature can't be removed (the control for it lives in the locked
Ebase.102 file) but you can suppress it or write in your own signature
by modifying the EBASE SIG FILE field in the Setup file.  Go to Setup
file, open File->Define->Fields, navigate to this field, select Options,
and delete what's in the box.  If you want to put your own in there, add
text with the Paragraph symbol between separate lines of text.  Try it
out.
