There is an ODBC driver that is designed to work between FileMaker 5
and Excel 2000. I haven't done anything with it, though, so I'm not
sure what it takes.

>Why not teach the Executive Director to use eBase!

Why Excel? This would work with a single new FileMaker file with
relationships to the Names File that could present contact info and
the notes field. Even if you have to buy an additional copy of
Filemaker for the ED, I guarantee that will be cheaper than paying
someone to figure out the ODBC connection.
