Jennifer, To change it for all new payments, you change the duration in the Setup Wizard (Admin, Screen 2). To change it for existing payments, you need to find the payments you want to change and manually change them. You can use the FMPro Replace command (in the Scripts menu) to change all those records in one batch. There's no validation requirements for this field so you should be able to do it manually.
