You should delete the records before importing the new data. Your new list enhancement data should be a complete and current match. There's no need to keep the old data.

When importing a List Enhancement File I receive a dialog that says "There are records in the current enhanced voter file. Do you want to delete them before importing more records?" Do I? I assume I can say no and the choose teh radio button: "Replace data in current found set" in the import dialog. Does this sound right or is either way acceptable? Thanks! -otis -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Michael "Otis" Lavitschke Member Services Manager River Alliance of Wisconsin 306 E.
