Walt's right - you should abandon the current file set and revert to your most recent backup. The FileMaker restore function can leave errors behind, and with a system as complex as ebase, they might not show up immediately. If you are using FileMaker (not the runtime application delivered with ebase) you can use the recover process to get access to the data in the damaged files. Then you migrate the data into a fresh file set, or a set of clones from your most recent backup, and abandon the damaged files. This is a bunch of work, so unless you will lose substantial data by reverting to your backup, it's usually not worth it. -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
