Then, I'd strongly recommend putting in place a backup process that backs up your data EVERY NIGHT. You can also use "rollback" software such as GoBack (included in the current version of Norton Utilities 2002) that can let you revert a machine to an earlier moment in time (such as the second before it crashed).
