Look at the fields
MEM: LAST PAYMENT AMOUNT
MEM: LAST PAYMENT DATE
both located in the summary file.

These contain the amount and date of the last payment coded as either 
Dues or Contribution. Comes close to what you need. If you need to 
include Event\Purchase payments you can duplicate the two fields 
above but use the relationship "All Gifts" rather than 
"Dues\Contribution".
