>I created a report using the SUM:LastDonatDate and SUM:LastDonatAmount >fields. I was disappointed to see that the only records that showed up >were those coded as "contributions" and not any coded as "dues." How can >I find out a "Found Set's" last donation amounts and dates, regardless of >how it is coded? I just want to know when was the last time they gave >money.
Look at the fields MEM: LAST PAYMENT AMOUNT MEM: LAST PAYMENT DATE both located in the summary file. These contain the amount and date of the last payment coded as either Dues or Contribution. Comes close to what you need. If you need to include Event\Purchase payments you can duplicate the two fields above but use the relationship "All Gifts" rather than "Dues\Contribution". > >Thanks, Kathleen > >------------------ >Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to >http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter >the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: >[EMAIL PROTECTED] > >To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] >--------------------------------------------------------------------- > ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org >--------------------------------------------------------------------- -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
