The name that is displayed at the top depends on the REC TYPE selected in the center of the lower half of the data entry screen. If you choose "Ind", the individual name will be displayed. If you choose, Org, Fdn or Bus, then the business name will be displayed. I'm not sure if that addresses your question, since it seems like you're not seeing any data other than the firm name. When you add a name to ebase are you using the "Add Name" button?
