Create a new email, click on VIEW in the top menu line.  You should see a
BCC FIELD option.

I don't know Outlook very well, but I would be astounded if it
doesn't have a bcc: field. I vaguely remember that there is an option
to show or hide it. Anyone remember how to do that?
