Title: Pledges: Payment Frequency

Hi ebasers:

I'm using filemaker version of ebase version 1.02 on macs.

We use the pledge function of ebase to track foundation and corporate grants as well as individual pledges. I'm trying to record a 5,000 one payment grant that will remain open for 12 months.

The donor will be giving us a cheque one time cheque for 5000. When I select "one time payment" in the "pmt frequency" field and "12 months" in the "duration field", the regular amount calculation is 416.67. It seems there is a filemaker script that is dividing the amount pledged into 12.

What do I need to do to show that the pledge will be open for 12 months and that we are expecting a one-time payment for the full amount.
