It looks like the Filemaker donation rules are the same as before (buy one
license, get additional licenses donated).

A non-profit I work with has had great luck getting software through Gifts
In Kind. Adobe gives groups one application per year. So far, we've gotten
Illustrator and PhotoShop for $35 each (in addition to the Gifts In Kind
$25 fee), which has saved us hundreds of dollars.

With software, Gifts In Kind has licenses to give away. Non-profits are
not all competing for one piece of equipment. I'm sure that it will now be
even easier to get donated copies of Filemaker.
