Hi,
I have a "philosophical" question. Our organization shares an executive
director and staff with two other groups. We are a dance company; the others
are music groups. We began using ebase last fall to clean up our mailing
lists starting with the largest of the three databases, a chamber music
group. The music groups patrons overlap, but the dance list overlaps only in
the sense that patrons and donors of chamber music are slightly more likely
than your average joe to support modern dance. We'd planned to keep all three
lists in one database, assuming that it would be easier to maintain just one
database. That's true when we're talking about mailing lists. However, now
that we're beginning to track dollars, I'm not so sure. Anybody have any
experience using ebase to manage development projects for more than one
group?

Thanks,
Andi Schreiber
