There's a whole rack of fields on the Data Entry screen labeled 
Contact Flags. These fields enable to you track very specifically how 
and when your constituents would like to be contacted.

One of them is labeled Trade. I'd put N in that field for those who 
do not want their name to be included on lists for sale or trade. 
Whenever you do a search for names to include, add a find request to 
omit these names.
