Thanks for these responses. I really hadn't considered the ethics of the question at all and while it's no secret that our three groups are related, we absolutely should keep our database as separate as we do our accounting.
Also, one of the responses suggested synchronizing the lists. I didn't spot this in the ebase manual. Does the filemaker manual address this?
