Hi Bryna, Item does use a value list called Item. You can get to it to edit by going to File->Define Value Lists in the Payments file and selecting the "Item" list. Alternatively, you should be able to edit that list "on the fly" by going to the Payment Entry screen, go into layout, select the Item field, go to Field Format (you can do that by right clicking the field and selecting Field Format) and select the box that says "Include Edit... item...".
