I have posted an updated ZIP_.103 for ebase at my website,
www.lelievre.net/downloads. It's got a relatively complete set of about
41,000 U.S. zip codes.

The source of this data is from Mailer's+4 software (www.melissadata.com)
which lets you merge and export all sorts of post office and demographic
data, including congressional districts. No word from them when the
congressional districts will be updated.

Subject: [support] zip & zip+4 congressional district data

Does anyone know where one could find a database of zip &/or zip+4 values
and their corresponding current U.S. House districts? How about for the
new districts for the 2002 elections (although I'm guessing that district
boundaries may not be fully nailed-down nationwide yet)?

Thanks for any information you may be able to provide!
