I've been trying to customize deposit Reports.....the one I'm working on has a sub-summary on account code. What I'd like to do is to have YTD numbers show up, also within the sub-summary area, but for all received this fiscal year (so that it would look like:)
How are you calculating the YTD numbers here? This wouldn't be
the same YTD$ field you see on the home screen - that applies to a
particular person, and what you are asking for is the total of all
payments received for that category. It's going to be complicated,
because you are asking for data from two periods (the period of the
report and the fiscal year) in the same summary. That's not obvious to
me at all.
(period prompted for) YTD number
membership $45 $25,000
Contributions $100 $100,000
Misc Income $17.00 $1,115
(etc....)
Any suggestions on how to do this? I can't seem to get the YTD numbers for all received---all I get are the YTD within the prompted period....OR the entire YTD calculation (thus the ytd column would be repeating the same amount for each category).
does this make sense?
