The only screen built in to ebase to allow modification to value lists (through a button on Admin Screen 2) operates only on the names file. The value list from which the pulldown menu you're looking for is in the payments file, so it's possible only if you are using FileMaker, not the runtime application. If you are... When you're on the screen with the pulldown menu you want to change, go to layout mode, and select the field. Select the menu item Format>Field Format, and the dialog will tell you which value list provides the values for that pulldown menu.
