I apologize, but I am catching the tail end of this I believe. There is a
way to type in zip codes into ebase when you are entering the contact
information then the city and state information is just filled into the
contact's information? Is this used for ebase 1 & 2?

The zip_.103 that you downloaded can replace the one in your ebase data
folder. Just close ebase and copy the new zip_.103 into your working ebase
folder.

After you do this, when you enter a zip code, the city and state fields
should be automatically filled in. If you want to do a mass update of
existing records, you can use the Filemaker REPLACE command. I'll give you
more details if you need them.

I haven't played with that data yet so can't speak to specifics of what you
need to do. Basically, though, you would need to move the data from that
file into the ebase zip_.10x file in your database. That would probably
entail determining which fields exist in Bob's file, mapping them to the
proper fields in the zip_.10x file, then importing the data into that file.

More than that I can't say as yet.
