The version 1 support pages are down temporarily to be rebuilt after 
the shift in emphasis to version 2. But first, can you be more clear 
about why you need to download a new copy to install on another 
machine? From what you have said, it looks like all you need to do is 
shift ebase from one machine to another. In that case, all you would 
have to do is copy the entire ebase directory to the new machine.
