We are having a problem with the email output function of ebase. When we send out action alerts to our list, some people get blank emails. The subject line is complete, the footer that tell the reader it was sent by ebase is there, but all the text between the subject line and the footer is blank. The same people get the blank emails each time we send the emails. Another curious thing is that when we look at Outlook Express (the email program that Ebase sends the message through) it looks as if the email went out complete and normal. One person suggested it might be people who use Macs can't view it. Can this be the problem? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
